Pastor Greg is in his first year of ministry at Zion.  Pastor Greg graduated from Concordia Seminary in 2020 and accepted Zion’s call.  Pastor Greg, his wife SarahBeth, and their son Harrison live in the church Parsonage located on church grounds.  Pastor Greg's office hours are M-T 9am-2:30pm.

Jackie Kocurek

Jackie is so excited to be joining the Zion Lutheran family in the Spring of 2020!  She is a retired teacher, having worked for the Hillsboro R-3 School District for over 22 years.  Jackie and her husband Joe reside in Hillsboro, MO.  They have two sons:  Josh and Jonah.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her 5 grandchildren.   Jackie attended Salem Lutheran in Affton, MO K-8th grade.  She then attended Lutheran South during her high school years.  

Tim Krysl

Tim has been a member of Zion for 36 years.  He has served Zion in many of the possible lay-leader roles.  From teaching Sunday School to serving as President of the congregation, Tim can almost always be seen working at Zion.  Tim is a teacher in the Festus R-6 School District where he teaches U.S. History and coaches XC and Track & Field.  His hobbies include running, shotgun reloading, hunting, reading, and gardening.  Tim, his wife Tracy, and their four children Loralei (6), Henry (4), Jillian (1), & Genevieve (1) reside in Festus.

Harold Driemeier III

Harold not only serves as the congregation Vice President but is also the coordinator of the Jefferson County Lutheran Grace Day, Zion's signature ministry event.  Harold is a teacher and coach in the Festus R-VI school district where he teaches high school social studies.  Harold, his wife Kristen, and their children Addy and Harrison reside in Herculaneum.

Mona Houser

Music Director

A former missionary to Papua New Guinea, Mona joined the staff at Zion in 2003 as a part-time organist, later becoming Music Director. Duties include providing music for the worship services, directing the choir, and teaching music at the midweek G.I.F.T. classes. She and her husband David have 5 children and 16 grandchildren. She has taught private piano lessons since 1990, and her hobbies include genealogy and knitting
